2. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched or a workshop slot is confirmed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or errors in your order.
3. Delivery Policy
Our same-day delivery service is available for orders placed within specific cut-off times, as specified on our website. Please ensure the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information. While we strive to meet specific delivery times, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- A re-delivery fee may apply if the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or if there is no safe place to leave the flowers.
- For freshness, flowers will not be left unattended outside if specific conditions (e.g., extreme weather) might compromise their quality.
4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Flower Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee or result in no refund.
- Event Floral Design: Cancellation policies for event floral design are governed by the specific contract signed for the event.
- Floral Workshops: Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Product Variation
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers and the unique nature of botanical products, some variations from the images shown on our site may occur. While we strive to match product images, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and color scheme of the arrangement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and floral designs, is the property of FloraWeave Florist or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
